Why Choose Withdrawl Sleeves

Key Features & Improvements

Engineering advancements that make the Withdrawl Sleeves the smarter, longer-lasting choice.

  • Easy Dismounting: The shoulder end of the sleeve is threaded to fit KM and HM series lock nuts. To remove the bearing, a lock nut is simply rotated against the bearing side, pushing the withdrawal sleeve out smoothly.
  • Specialized Tapers: While the standard taper is 1:12, we also manufacture the AH 240 and AH 241 series with a 1:30 taper specifically for use with Spherical Roller Bearings.
  • Industry Applications: These sleeves are highly preferred in railway coach wheels, paper industry drives, and other high-speed maintenance-sensitive environments.
  • Hydraulic "AOH" Variants: For heavy bearings (bore diameter 200 mm and above), we provide the "AOH" design. This includes two oil supply ducts and distribution grooves for high-pressure hydraulic oil injection, making the dismounting of massive bearings extremely efficient.
  • CNC Precision: Manufactured using CNC technology to provide the requisite surface finish and exact tolerances.

Quick Comparison: Adapter vs. Withdrawal Sleeves

Feature Adapter Sleeves Withdrawal Sleeves
Mounting Method Bearing is pushed onto the sleeve. Sleeve is pushed into the bearing bore.
Placement Can be fixed at any point on a smooth shaft. Typically used to locate bearings at specific shaft spaces.
Dismounting Requires loosening the nut. Uses a nut to "push" the sleeve out of the bearing.
Set Components Includes Sleeve, Nut, and Washer. Typically sold as a standalone sleeve (nuts sold separately).
