Chain Coupling

Gear couplings are designed for heavy-duty applications requiring high torque transmission. They feature unique hub teeth with a crowned tooth formation on three surfaces—tip, flank, and root. This design ensures maximum contact at the strongest part of the tooth, allowing the coupling to effectively accommodate shaft misalignment while enhancing overall efficiency.

A Pin Bush type flexible coupling is a cushioned drive system that transmits torque through high-tensile steel bolts (pins) to the machine input. These couplings utilize highly developed rubber compounds in the bushes to absorb shocks, torsional vibrations, and minor misalignments.

Jaw couplings (often referred to as Star couplings in some catalogs) are composed of two metal hubs and a central flexible insert known as a Spider. The Spider element acts as the shock absorber, sitting between the "jaws" of the hubs to dampen vibration and compensate for misalignment.

Resilient couplings (also known as Grid Spring couplings) are specifically engineered to handle high-shock loads and protect sensitive equipment. They use a flexible grid spring that slides into slots on the hubs, providing a unique "resiliency" that can absorb up to 30% of peak shock loads.

Universal Joints (including Telescopic Universal Joints) are used to connect two shafts whose axes are inclined at an angle to each other. They allow for the transmission of power through a wide range of motion and are indispensable in systems where the distance between shafts may change during operation.
